PRIMEMAG^TM Anisotropic Flexible Magnetic Sheeting consists of a mixture of high coercive ferrite powders and various high quality thermoplastics. During the production process, the ferrite particles are aligned in one direction to give optimal magnetic properties. They are either supplied in plain or laminated with pressure sensitive adhesives.

 
Applications

PRIMEMAG^TM Anisotropic Flexible Magnetic Sheeting is mostly used for holding purposes.

Maximum energy product is 1.2MGOe or above. It can be supplied magnetized or non-magnetized. For standard products, the sheeting is magnetized with straight and compact magnetic poles to give superior magnetic pulling strengths. Custom magnetization can also be done to meet special application requirements.

• Bending: can be wrapped around a rod with a ½" radius at 68^oF (20^oC) without cracking.
• Application Temperature: -20^oF to 130^oF (-30^oC to 55^oC)
• Short Term Temperature Resistance: 150^oF (65^oC)
• Specific Gravity: 3.6-3.7
